Nick, COVID-19 Vaccinated 1 & 2-2021

(Nick Teti) I have been vaccinated with the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine in January & February 2021. I and my company, Mister Photon Media still provide location sound, video production, television production, or film production support. I also can help you with  other media as usual. I continue to follow social distancing guidelines and masking as well. I did not suffer any symptoms with the vaccination. I plan to follow medical advice in the future to receive all COVID-19 vaccinations as advised. Including past year 2021. Due to journalism credentials and other factors,  I’ve been vaccinated with the Moderna vaccine. I’m very glad that I did not become ill from my vaccination and for the vaccine. I hope everyone who wishes gets one faster than scheduled. I can present this record to you in person as well. My exposure to medical facilities, assisted care facilities, and other factors warranted the vaccination. I also provide medical assistance (transportation and so forth) to a compromised relative frequently.

COVID Test Policy

If you require a COVID test, the client is responsible for arranging these costs in advance at your expense. I will not place this as a invoice item relating to testing fees. My fee for the appearance is 50.00 an hour door to door. This fee of travel time is added to the invoice as travel time labor. As the client, please arrange the test payment in advance to the facility and I can advise you of the nearest location. The travel time will be added to the invoice. If the shoot is postponed or cancelled the travel time is still applicable on the invoice. If you do not require a COVID-19 test due to my vaccination status, that is fine as well.

I continue to provide services to all types of clients needing location sound, camera support or video, television, film, photography, art or other media. I am able to work in groups of people as well following guidelines. I can also refer a camera crew or other video production or media production services, including crew member support to assist you in Colorado. Also graphics, storyboards, art and other media. Statewide where clients need, or traveling. Storyboard and concept artist services can be provided from my Colorado office. These services include:

• location sound recordist, aka sound man or a sound guy
• gaffer or grip
• camera
• ac, assistant camera
• other production support to your camera crew
• storyboard artist and concept artist services
